How did you know to start with only 1 mg?

I was on 200mg 3x a day.After 2 days I had horrible kidney pain and stopped.

The dr said..........uh duh..........I never heard of anyone having

kidney pain with this.

Shortly after that I had liver and thyroid tests and liver enzymes were

elevated and thyroid antibodies were off the chart.

Liver enzymes have not gone down in 7 yrs and I don't know about thyroid

antibodies.I am on high dose T3 and this is what

keeps me functioning.I'm hoping iodine will help.

Are you mercury free now?

If so can you tell me briefly what your protocol was?
