my latest thyroid update on 50mgs of iodoral

I just got back from a doctor visit with my endo (Dr. Delcher) who

prescribed my armour. He knows about Flechas so was pleased that I'm

trying 50mgs of iodoral and didn't care that I dropped the armour.

Also thinks my thyroid is now fine by testing my reflexes and the way

my face looks. My eye muscles seem to be tightening up so the sleepy

tired look is going away.

He wants me to go ahead and have a thyroid test done but he said he's

betting it's going to be fine and to stay off thyroid meds.

I also have no sign of fibrocystic breasts and I'm betting my fibroids

are shrinking. (can't say for sure on the fibroids without an

ultrasound but my last period was extremely easy with minumum heavy

blood flow fibroids seem to bring on)

Besides 50mgs of iodoral some of the daily heavy duty hitters I'm

taking are:

- 7,000IUs of vit D in high vit cod liver oil and vitD3 pills

-extra iron plus rare cooked red meat 2-3 times a week

- b-12 and folate,

-fermented fish tabs called Seagest or Seacure (for gut repair)

-silica in cogi-max

- pancreatic enzymes at night before bed and first thing AM

- And off ALL gluten and practically all grains except some rice.

I'm finally starting to feel I'm over a hump with my health and have

to energy to start thinking beyond just trying to stay well enough to

function daily.
