I have been suffering from lower back pain since my car accident last year. I have had the epidural shot therapy, physical therapy, hot baths, warm baths, cold compresses, drugs and sprays. But I'm still having problems. Just when I think I can get back to my normal routine a severe stiffness, and lower back and side pain returns. I know GOD is in control, but sometimes I can't feel that control for the pain.

, try some liquid glucosomine or at least daily tumeric and MSM. and a couple times a day on the tumeric and MSM. even DMSO may be a thought.
