Hello again Duncan:

I took my first Shake this morning and used -

Coconut Milk

Thinned out with some Coconut Water

1/2 scoop Whey (starting small)

1 tsp. Inulin

1 tbsp. ground Flax

1 tsp. Psyllium

I have felt sick since I took it. Felt a little better after having lunch but

still yucky. Now I have a worse case of Diahrea, than if I had the stomach Flu.

Hi Bonnie.

Sorry about your luck. The unwanted effects you are experiencing

are rare and will definitely resolve. I'm sure you're thinking

the sooner the better too! ;)

But realize that this is about the healthiest approach you can

take, and your reaction probably indicates you needed this

approach even more than most.

Try spreading what you mixed over two doses and dosing four times

a day. Are you taking cod-liver oil selenium and potassium?
