super sensitive neck muscles

Hi everyone,

I started physical therapy again. However, my neck is so sensitive

that the physical therapist cannot even massage it gently or the

muscles spasm. All he can do is work on my upper back. Does anyone else

have a neck as sensitive as that? Am I that unusual? I'm thinking I

have some kind of myopathy caused by the medications (Nexium and

domperidone) I take for my delayed stomach emptying or maybe its the

weight loss that made me weak.
