So... I'm guessing most of the easy-to-come-by brands of saurkraut like Boar's

Head are no good? I've been looking every time and I only see generic brands and

brands I've never heard of which seem to have more junk in them than Boar's

Head. Today, I finally just got the Boar's Head. Hope I didn't do myself any

harm. I have cheated a lot the past couple weeks and am trying to remedy that

now, which is why I bought sauerkraut to hopefully help me out a little.

According to their reply (posted below) would this product be okay for candida

diet?

the Sauerkraut in the jars has been flash heated but not pasteurized "

inside because they were causing the kraut to continue to ferment too much in

turn causing a buildup of gas that then results in brine leaking all over our

distributor's and retailer's equipment and shelving "

degrees and then sealed in the jars. The goal here is not to eliminate all the

beneficial cultures, but rather to stifle them so they won't cause the jars to

leak. "

eliminate the cultures present in our products on a massive scale. "

written to Bubbies and gotten the same information, and that's why their

products are not recommended.

and good bacteria.

+++Hi Nate. If Boar's Head sauerkraut is " unpasteurized " and unheated it is

okay.
