Hi!!! I have a family member that was just diagnoised with PSC and they are

having a terrible time learning what they can and can't eat. Does anyone know

where I can find a cookbook for people that have PSC???????

Tamra, I don't know anything about dietary restrictions for PSC, Primary

Sclerosing Cholangitis. Perhaps someone else here can speak to it.

Below is a link to the Mayo Clinic's information on PSC. Follow the tabs

(Treatment, Lifestyle, etc.) and you'll see that it recommends a healthy,

balanced diet with vitamin supplements and with no alcohol. The site says that

infusions may be needed. The site stresses the need to talk with one's doctor

about any OTC medications, supplements or teas, as they might be harmful to a

damaged liver.
