        All the methods of pranayama are described in the classic scriptural texts and each pranayama has its own importance. However, a practitioner will find it hard to practice all the seven types of pranayama on a daily basis. Therefore we have formulated a sequence and time for all the seven pranayamas with our experience and divine blessings of god and teachers.

Other exercises are not recommended for weak and patients' suffering from tuberculosis, heart disease, epilepsy, intestinal problems etc. the patients of bone disorder, swelling, cirrhosis, paralysis and handicapped people should also not do exercises.         Teenagers in the age of 15-16 should be made to practice asana for the physical, mental and intellectual development/Asana should be practiced in the morning after passing bowels and completing other chores. Alternately it can be practiced after four hours of lunch. Practicing twice a day is even more beneficial.

        The energy that flows out of our body through Yog asana, pranayama and bandha is stopped and taken in. bandha means to stop, controlling. These bandhas are very helpful in pranayama. Pranayama is incomplete without these bandhas. Here the different bandhas are being described.

        Bandhas stop the flow of energy in some parts of the body and flow it in other parts. This massages the internal organs and removes the accumulation of the blood.         According to Jain religion- 'Anger is one type of violence. It is violence to oneself and towards others. An angry person opens his mouth but closes his eyes.' Scholars believe that negative emotions are harmful for the body. Research conducted on these emotions has revealed that they cause total destruction. A context in Mahabharata says that - Yaksh asked Yudhishtar as to who is the true Brahman? Yudhishtar replied -"he who has love, compassion and sacrifice for the living beings".
